A big thank you to the Trinity Washington University Program Selection Committee for all their hard work and commitment! The Trinity Program, unique within MMEG, was established in 2016 to give back to MMEG’S Washington DC community, by being open to all Trinity’s women students, regardless of their nationality and immigration status, with the hopes that grantees will continue to support the local community.
This year’s Selection Committee was fortunate to have eight members from seven different countries and a wide range of experience in fields such as international development, finance, sociology, education, editing, and health. Their wealth of expertise and dedication to MMEG delivered a successful selection of candidates.
MMEG grants were awarded to two Trinity students, one studying occupational therapy and one studying early childhood and special education. The proven perseverance and vision of these exceptional women align with MMEG’S mission of improving the lives of women and children. We look forward to following their very promising professional trajectories.
