Volunteering Opportunities @ MMEG

Margaret McNamara Education Grants (MMEG) is a volunteer-led public charity that awards education grants to exceptional women from developing countries. We believe that supporting the education of women from around the world is a critical investment that reaps immeasurable dividends. An important way to repay the support that we have each received for our own education is to pay it forward for others!

MMEG’s International Arts & Crafts Market will take place on November 19, 20, and 21, 2024, and is MMEG's biggest fundraising event. Volunteers work tirelessly to organize the Market.

  • Join the Market committee and help us plan and organize this event

  • Contribute homemade food to be sold at our gourmet table

  • Donate gently used goods to be sold to raise funds

  • Help out at one of the MMEG stands

  • Bring friends to shop

  • Share in the camaraderie!

The selection process takes place over three months, and readers participate in four half-day meetings during the process.
