Tiffany Bogans

Tiffany Bogans, a U.S. citizen, is completing a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and special education at Trinity Washington University. She has extensive experience supporting children with developmental disorders, including work at Beltway ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and in her current role as a paraprofessional and 3rd-grade autism teacher with Prince George’s County Public Schools.

Raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to support her family, Tiffany learned early on the value of perseverance. She returned to school to deepen her ability to serve her students and has excelled academically while continuing to work.

Now in her second year of college, she expects to graduate in December 2028 and plans to obtain a master’s degree to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Tiffany’s long-term goal is to create inclusive learning environments by launching her own ABA program that provides individualized support for children with special needs, empowers families, and helps train educators to better support students with behavioral challenges. She believes that empowering one child can strengthen a whole family and supporting one mother can change a generation.
