Tiffany Bogans

Tiffany Bogans, a U.S. citizen, is completing a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and special education at Trinity Washington University. She has extensive experience supporting children with developmental disorders, including work at Beltway ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and in her current role as a paraprofessional and 3rd-grade autism teacher with Prince George’s County Public Schools.

Raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to support her family, Tiffany learned early on the value of perseverance. She returned to school to deepen her ability to serve her students and has excelled academically while continuing to work.

Now in her second year of college, she expects to graduate in December 2028 and plans to obtain a master’s degree to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Tiffany’s long-term goal is to create inclusive learning environments by launching her own ABA program that provides individualized support for children with special needs, empowers families, and helps train educators to better support students with behavioral challenges. She believes that empowering one child can strengthen a whole family and supporting one mother can change a generation.

Allison Sulivan

Ally Sullivan is a U.S. citizen pursuing a master’s degree in occupational therapy at Trinity Washington University.

Despite early-life distractions that competed with academic focus, Ally never gave up. After completing a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science, Ally started a career with a healthcare technology company. She has now returned to school to deepen her knowledge of occupational therapy – which she would like to rename ‘functional’ therapy – to address care gaps in this not-much-talked-about field that she has experienced firsthand.

Beyond her studies, Ally has found huge meaning in volunteering at the NY Avenue Presbyterian Church’s soup kitchen, where kindness, respect, and compassion are evident in her service. Now in the first year of her master’s program, she expects to graduate in December 2027. Upon completion, Ally plans to practise occupational therapy in Washington DC, with a focus on pelvic health, providing clinical care to help women regain functional independence. Over the long term, Ally hopes to expand access to high-quality therapy through innovative soup kitchen–style community care centers.
