Angélica Cortés Lezama (48) es Mexicana y licenciada en Comunicación. Actualmente se encuentra realizando el doctorado sobre Arte, Educación y Comunicación en la Universidad Iberoamericana, México.
Desde pequeña se ha interesado por la música, la lectura, el arte y la comunicación. Su interés en estas áreas le ha permitido percibir lo importante que es el aprendizaje de las humanidades en la infancia.
Trabajando primero en el Museo Jumex y posteriormente en la organización internacional Casa Gallina, ha tenido la oportunidad de acercar el arte a los niños.
Angélica está interesada en potenciar el sentido crítico de los niños, acercándoles a la cultura, llevándoles a museos y centros culturales, así como impulsando su educación en el área de las humanidades.
Angélica Cortés Lezama (48) is Mexican, has a degree in Communication, and is currently doing a PhD in Art, Education and Communication at Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico.
Since she was a child she has been interested in music, reading, art and communication. Her interest in these areas has allowed her to perceive the importance of learning Humanities during childhood.
Working first in the Jumex Museum, and later in the international organization Casa Gallina, she had the opportunity to bring art to children.
Angélica is interested in enhancing the critical sense of children, bringing them closer to culture, taking them to museums and cultural centers, as well as promoting their education in the area of Humanities.
